The singer, 69, told her followers in November she was back at the doctor for undisclosed tests
La Toya Jackson is continuing to share glimpses of her life on Instagram as questions linger about the health challenges she mentioned to fans last month.
The singer, 69, posted a new set of photos on Monday, Dec. 1, posing in a fitted red long-sleeve top, black pants and gold heels. She accessorized the look with a chain belt and a bracelet on her right wrist, and posed from several angles in the short montage.
“Happy Monday guys! Wishing you all a fabulous week! Stay safe, healthy and much love to you all!😘,” she wrote.
Weeks earlier, Jackson posted two videos of herself from inside a doctor’s office, telling her followers she was undergoing additional tests.
“Hi guys, I hope everyone’s doing well. I’m here at the doctor again, so I’m hoping that everything goes well with me, all results are good,” she said in the first clip, shared on Nov. 7.
“Guess where I am on this Monday morning? You guessed, that place again,” she said in a second video, posted on Nov. 11. “Constantly getting check-ups. Oh well, have a great week guys.”
Jackson didn’t elaborate on what prompted the visits, and has not commented further on her health since. But at the time, her family rallied around her publicly. Her nephew Taryll Jackson wrote “love you” in the comments, while her niece Brandi Jackson shared the same message of support.
With new photos now appearing on her feed, fans quickly picked up on the recent mention of health concerns, questioning her thin frame. But others noted that she’s “always been petite” and that they were being “mean” by making remarks on her weight.
