The actress and comedian previously opened up about her experiences with weight loss drugs, including Ozempic and Mounjaro

Amy Schumer is showing off her slimmer figure.

The comedian and actress, 44, shared an Instagram post on Saturday, Oct. 4, featuring a photo of herself on a recent trip to Las Vegas with pals Alex Saks and Jillian Bell.

Sporting a Miu Miu button-down mini shirt dress, which she paired with a pair of classy black heels, Schumer’s major weight loss could be seen.

In the comments section of the post, Schumer’s friends complimented her body transformation. “Amy … legs need to come out more!!!” skincare expert Georgia Louise wrote, while Lee Daniels said, “Skinnnnnnnny mommmmma.”

Schumer has been open about her weight loss journey in the past, including her “horrible experience” with Ozempic, since she revealed she had liposuction in 2022.

“I have this gene, GDF15, which makes you extremely prone to nausea, which is why I was so sick during my pregnancy,” she said during a January appearance on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM show. “So, I tried Ozempic almost three years ago, and I was, like, bedridden. I was like, vomiting — and then you have no energy. But other people take it, and they’re all good. So, God bless them.”

Adding that she couldn’t even throw a ball back and forth with her 6-year-old son Gene David, whom she shares with husband Chris Fischer, Schumer went on to admit that the symptoms that resulted from taking the drug weren’t worth the rapid weight loss.

She also spoke about the drug with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live in June 2023, stating, “Everyone has been lying, saying, ‘Oh, smaller portions.’ Like shut the f— up. You are on Ozempic or one of those things or you got work done. Just stop.”

“Be real with the people. When I got lipo, I said I got lipo,” Schumer added.

More recently, the Trainwreck actress said she’s found a combination of medications that yielded good results: estrogen and progesterone for her perimenopause symptoms, and Monjauro, a GLP-1 drug for type 2 diabetes that is also often prescribed for weight loss.

“My symptoms of being in perimenopause have disappeared. My hair is fuller, my skin is better, I have more energy,” Schumer wrote on Instagram in March. “I’m having a really good experience, so I wanted to keep it real with you about that.”

Schumer previously told The Hollywood Reporter that it’s important for her to always be transparent about weight loss and her health.

“Everybody on camera is doing this s—, I just wanted to be real about it,” she said in an interview with the publication.

Diddy made ‘stupid and arrogant’ mistake ahead of sentencing, says OJ Simpson lawyer

0

Sean “Diddy” Combs was once one of the world’s most popular entertainers, but his courtroom performance left little to be desired, according to experts.

The fallen rap mogul was sentenced to 50 months in prison on federal prostitution charges. Judge Arun Subramanian also requested the court impose five years of supervised release and for Diddy to pay a $500,000 fine.

Prior to receiving his sentence, the court heard from prosecutors that Diddy was already making immediate plans for a public speaking engagement in another state.

Diddy’s interest in pursuing business outside the case – and ahead of his sentencing – was a “slap in the face,” according to Harvard Law professor and OJ Simpson attorney Alan Dershowitz.

“I can’t imagine anything more stupid than that,” Dershowitz exclusively told Fox News Digital. “How anybody permitted him to do that … It’s just a slap in the face to the judge. It’s outrageous. I can’t imagine any lawyer or any responsible person allowing … I would have quit the case.”

“If I had been Diddy’s lawyer and Diddy had said, ‘I’m gonna make an arrangement, and I’m going to make it public.’ I would’ve said, ‘Yeah, and you’re going to get a new lawyer. I’m not representing somebody who is so stupid and arrogant.'”

He added, “I mean, I’m not Dr. Kevorkian. I don’t believe in walking my clients into a death chamber. And that was a kiss of death.”

Diddy’s eight-week trial – where jurors heard dozens of witness testimonies – concluded July 2. On sentencing day, the court received an 11-minute video featuring clips of the rapper with his kids when they were young, as well as current videos where his children professed their love for their father.

They praised their “inspiring” father for his unwavering support. The video also attempted to emphasize Diddy’s charitable contributions, which were mentioned by his defense during the hearing, throughout his life before his arrest in 2024.

Diddy cried as the 11-minute clip featuring home video of his family played in the courtroom. Robert Shapiro, Partner of Glaser Weil and OJ Simpson’s lawyer, told Fox News Digital that family testimony would be “extremely emotional,” but anything provided to the court would also give room for judgment.

“I would imagine there are many things that he has done that are positive,” Shapiro said. “But he’s got one big negative – that 11-minute video. Disappears with a 30-second video. And so a judge is weighing that and the guidelines specifically allow for conduct not considered in the guidelines.”

The 55-year-old rapper was nearly void of reaction throughout his sentencing hearing, but was overcome with emotion as his kids addressed the court. He then thanked the judge for giving him “a chance to speak” for himself as he spoke out for the first time.

“One of the hardest things has been to be quiet, not being able to express how sorry I am for my actions,” Diddy said. “I want to apologize again to Cassie Ventura for any harm I caused emotionally or physically. I don’t take that lightly.”

Diddy also apologized to Jane, who testified under a pseudonym during the trial. The rapper said, “I didn’t mean to hurt you. Sorry that I brought you into my mess.” Diddy also apologized to all victims of domestic violence.

Bad Bunny fires back at Super Bowl halftime show backlash in ‘SNL’ monologue: ‘You have four months to learn’

Rapper Bad Bunny responded to the backlash surrounding the NFL’s decision to book him for this year’s Super Bowl Halftime show as he kicked off the 51st season of “Saturday Night Live.”

The 31-year-old Puerto Rican native, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, said he was “excited” to be named the headlining act for the big game at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara in February, but urged critics they have “four months to learn” Spanish.

“I’m really excited to be doing the Super Bowl, I know that people all around the world who love my music are also happy,” Bad Bunny said during Saturday’s monologue.

The rapper broke out his native tongue for a 30-second message before he sent a message to his critics.

“Especially all of the Latinos and Latinas in the world here in the United States who have worked to open doors,” he said in Spanish. “It’s more than a win for myself, it’s a win for all of us. Our footprints and our contribution in this country, no one will ever be able to take that away or erase it.”

The music producer teased the non-Spanish speakers, telling them they needed to study the language to enjoy the upcoming performance.

“If you didn’t understand what I just said. You have four months to learn,” he mockingly suggested.

During the monologue, SNL cut to an edited video montage of Fox News personalities and guests saying that “Bad Bunny is my favorite musician and he should be the next president.”

Many pundits and politicians called out the NFL’s decision to choose the 3-time Grammy winner after he refused to bring his tour to the US, fearing federal agents would be outside his concerts.

“But there was the issue of — like, f–king ICE could be outside [my concert]. And it’s something that we were talking about and very concerned about,” he told i-D last month.

Bad Bunny had recently completed a 31-show residency in Puerto Rico.

Trump administration officials clarified ICE agents would be at the Feb. 8, game, whether Bad Bunny liked it or not.

“There is nowhere you can provide safe haven to people who are in this country illegally,” Trump advisor Corey Lewandowski said on “The Benny Show.” “Not the Super Bowl and nowhere else. We will find you and apprehend you and put you in a detention facility, and deport you. Know that is a very real situation under this administration, which is contrary to how it used to be.”

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said NFL officials wouldn’t be able to sleep because of their decision in choosing Bad Bunny.

“They suck, and we’ll win, and God will bless us, and we’ll stand and be proud of ourselves at the end of the day,” Noem told conservative commentator Benny Johnson. “They won’t be able to sleep at night because they don’t know what they believe, and they’re so weak, we’ll fix it.”

“The Department of Homeland Security is responsible for keeping it safe,” she said. “So I have the responsibility for making sure everybody goes to the Super Bowl, has the opportunity to enjoy it and to leave, and that’s what America is about.”

Bad Bunny made his “SNL” debut on Oct. 21, 2023, serving as both host and musical guest for the show, before returning for last season’s finale on May 17 as a musical guest only.

You won’t believe how much money Diddy spent on his case…

0

Trigger warning: This article contains mentions of sexual harassment and s*x trafficking.

Sean Diddy Combs is expected to spend in eight figures during his ongoing s*x trafficking case. The rapper, whose federal trials began on Monday with the jury selection, has got a list of defense attorneys on board to fight for him.

Moreover, P. Diddy has also recruited a jury consultant, Linda Moreno, to help him with the selection of the jurors and breaking down their profiles. Apart from the lawyers who will be representing him in the court, the rapper has also got Mark Geragos and Tina Glandian to supervise the jury from the balcony.

Looking at the list of the attorneys in his assault case, Combs will have to empty his pockets, as each of the names that would help Diddy with the case charges a hefty amount.

In conversation with the media portal, the founder of West Coast Trial Lawyers and a former federal prosecutor, Neama Rahmani, spilled the beans over Diddy’s defense fees. She said, “I expect Diddy to spend eight figures, or more than $10 million, on defense fees when it’s all said and done. Top-tier criminal defense attorneys in complex federal cases charge retainers of $1 million or more.”

She further revealed, “Diddy has a small army of lawyers working on his case. That’s expected when his net worth was reportedly $1 billion and his life is on the line.”

Breaking down the costs further, the former prosecutor revealed, “The trial will last two months, and the daily burn for all the lawyers, paralegals, assistants, experts, and jury consultants may exceed $100,000 for each day of trial.”

Meanwhile, a source close to the rapper shared that while the fees of many top defense lawyers are not revealed, they confirmed that the cost will go up to millions.

The judge said, “To Ms. Ventura and the other brave survivors that came forward, I want to say first: We heard you.”

The sentencing hearing lasted several hours … during which prosecutors blasted Diddy for scheduling what they called a speaking engagement this upcoming Monday in Miami — while his team focused more on character witnesses, and the emotional side of Diddy’s situation.

The defense even played a video of Diddy and his kids in court.

Toward the end of the hearing, Diddy stood up to address the court, and he apologized to his ex, Cassie Ventura.

Coffee shop hit with hate for Charlie Kirk tribute sees sales surge as ‘righteous people’ show up

A California coffee shop owner said her business was “flooded with righteous people” after coming under fire for supporting Charlie Kirk.

Following the assassination of the Turning Point USA founder, Invita Café in Rancho Santa Fe placed stickers on its coffee cups in his honor.

Owner Sara De Luca told Fox News Digital she “didn’t think twice” about putting the stickers on the cups beginning the Friday after Kirk’s death.

“When Israel went to war, we put on Israel stickers and started to support some of the IDF [Israel Defense Forces]. I would say that was when I was like, ‘Let’s be courageous,’” De Luca said. “But with Charlie, we had hosted him. We had met him. We’ve met Erika,” she added, referring to Kirk’s wife.

DeLuca said she didn’t even think it “could be controversial.”

“Maybe it’s my ignorance,” she said. “It didn’t even cross my mind that somebody could have some sort of issue with somebody being murdered.”

De Luca printed round white stickers with the words “Thank you, Charlie Kirk” and “We Love You” written on them.

“We’ve supported him for many, many years,” she said — but baristas told her the café’s phones were ringing off the hook with people saying “horrible and horrific things.”

“We’ve supported him for many, many years,” De Luca said about the conservative activist, while the business’s phones received calls from people saying “horrible and horrific things” after the stickers.

“We ended up having to shut down our Google page and Yelp page because we were getting an insane amount of one-star reviews,” De Luca said.

She said what kept her calm was her San Diego community and her church, Awaken, which “showed up” a few days later.

“I was actually tearing [up] because I was like, ‘Where did these people come from?’ We went 312% up in sales,” De Luca said. “We were flooded with righteous people just showing up, supporting us, defending us. They were defending Charlie. Obviously, we all were.”

DeLuca said her small boutique coffee shop was soon packed with people waiting 30 to 45 minutes in line.

“We didn’t have any haters show up,” she said. “It was only the righteous showing up – just God-fearing people who are like, ‘Thank you for what you’re doing. Charlie would be proud.’”

The support came not just from her community but from across the nation, she said.

“We had somebody from Georgia call and say, ‘Can I just give you $500 and buy the next 100 drinks?’ Somebody walked in and left $300 and just walked out.”

The café still has stickers available and hosted Turning Point USA for a pop-up.

Invita Café opened nine years ago, inspired by De Luca’s Italian family.

“The idea was to kind of create a space where the espresso is the magnet that unites people, and it brings the community together and brings the traditions that I grew up with here to California,” she said.

De Luca said she believes “God is so behind all of this.”

“This is insane. But I think Charlie would have been proud.”

The knife-wielding terrorist accused of killing two people outside a UK synagogue on Thursday has been identified as a 35-year-old British citizen of Syrian descent, officials announced.

Jihad Al-Shamie allegedly carried out the rampage at the Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation Synagogue in Manchester, which was celebrating Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the Jewish calendar.

“We are now able to confirm that, although formal identification is yet to take place, we believe the person responsible for today’s attacks is 35-year-old Jihad Al-Shamie,” police said in an updated statement, according to The Sun.

The knife-wielding terrorist accused of killing two people outside a UK synagogue on Thursday is believed to Jihad Al-Shamie, a British citizen of Syrian descent, officials announced.

Al-Shamie was not previously known to anti-terrorism or police officials, that update revealed.

The madman plowed his vehicle into pedestrians and stabbed a security guard outside the temple just after 9:30 a.m. before being shot dead by British cops as he was stabbing a window in an attempt to get inside, police said.

“The second he got out of the car, he started stabbing anyone near him. He went for the security guard and tried to break into the synagogue,” one eyewitness told The Sun.

Other witnesses said Al-Shamie appeared to be wearing a bomb-loaded belt, but no explosions occurred during the spree.

A delivery driver who watched as cops confronted the terrorist recounted the tense scene which ended with gunfire.

Witnesses said Al-Shamie appeared to be wearing a bomb-loaded belt.

“The guy had a knife, and he was just stabbing the window trying to get in the [synagogue],” the man identified as Gareth Tonge told BBC.

“Within seconds, the police arrived, they gave him a couple of warnings, he didn’t listen so they opened fire,” he said, adding, “[Al-Shamie] started getting back up and they shot him again.”

At least three other people were arrested in a law enforcement sweep after the attack, according to the UK’s head of counter-terrorism policing Assistant Commissioner Laurence Taylor.

Those suspects have been identified as two men in their 30s and one woman in her 60s, The Sun reported. They are each being held on suspicion of commission, preparation, and instigation of acts of terrorism.

Both victims of the mad terror attack were Jewish, officials said, with four others currently in serious condition at local hospitals.

One of the victims sustained a stab wound while the other was struck by the car as it plowed towards the crowded synagogue, The Sun reported.

The stabbing victim is believed to be a security guard who was working at the temple, BBC reported.

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer condemned the attack, which he framed as a product of rising tide of “hatred” in Britain.

“This was a vile terrorist attack that attacked Jews because they are Jews,” Starmer wrote on X. “Antisemitism is a hatred that is rising, once again. Britain must defeat it, once again.”

Israel’s prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu decried the “barbaric attack.”

“Israel grieves with the Jewish community in the UK after the barbaric attack in Manchester,” the leader of the Jewish state wrote on X.

“As I warned the UN: weakness in the face of terrorism only brings more terrorism. Only strength and unity can defeat it,” Netanyahu concluded.

He had previously shot to fame in gritty 70s crime drama Scum and The Who film Quadrophenia.

Mickey often had fans in stitches thanks to his habit of exaggerating his success with business and women.

He also frequently exploited ‘plonker’ Rodney, taking advantage of his youthfulness.

In 2023 Patrick revealed a part of his liver has been removed after doctors discovered a malignant growth in 2022.

He told followers: ‘I am going home today. Minus half a liver and a tumour that the wonderful Prof Heaton removed last week. I kept this under my hat that they’d discovered another primary cancer last year.’

Five months after his initial diagnosis, he told fans he was ‘cured’, writing: ‘Thanks again for all your lovely messages. As you may know, I was diagnosed with lung cancer last July.

‘After an op in October to remove the tumour I had chemo to help prevent the cancer returning.

‘During this chemo, another tumour was discovered in my liver. Luckily for me this cancer was unconnected to the lung cancer and was also treatable.

‘I had a procedure called TACE to deal with this. Last Friday l saw my oncologist She told me the lung cancer was cured and that the tumour in my liver was shrinking.’

He cautiously added: ‘It’s not over yet, but as you can imagine I am over the moon with this latest news.’

Patrick’s death comes after his Only Fools co-star John Challis, better known as Terrance Aubrey ‘Boycie’, died in 2021.

John’s wife Carol paid her own tribute to Patrick today, taking to X to say: ‘My condolences to Pat’s beloved wife Anong and their daughter Josie.’
