Quick Cremation Without Autopsy Raises Questions About Hulk Hogan’s Death

The questions surrounding Hulk Hogan’s death on July 24 aren’t going away — and now Bubba the Love Sponge is pointing to the speed of the WWE legend’s cremation as another red flag.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Bubba claimed the cremation was approved without an autopsy or independent examination by the county medical examiner. Instead, Hogan’s personal physician, Gerald Joseph Fitzgerald Jr., allegedly handled the paperwork, and his report was accepted without further review.

“They immediately got this doctor to come in on a cremation to create this report, and the medical examiner never did his own report. He’s relying on Gerald Joseph Fitzgerald Jr.’s report, and that’s what they’re going with. District 6 Medical Examiner Cremation Approval Summary Report. Terry Bollea, cremation case C2509884. Cremation approved. Yes. Pathologist Wayne. And it’s my understanding that they’ve already burned him up.”

Bubba said Hogan’s public funeral with wrestling friends was scheduled for the following day, while a private family service had already taken place earlier in the week.

“Tomorrow is the funeral, right? Tomorrow is the funeral for the wrestlers and his friends. The family had theirs on Thursday at 5:00—while there still may have been a body—but there’s obviously, you guys can see here, that the cremation has been approved.”

What bothers Bubba most is that Hogan was reportedly doing well just days before his death.

“The medical examiner didn’t do a report, and there was no autopsy, correct? And he died—he literally fell over while rehabilitating himself—and he was healthy enough to be sent home from the hospital and seen by two of his friends, Eric Bischoff and Jimmy Hart, both of which said he will be okay.”

He questioned why no one has pushed for more answers, suggesting that such a quick cremation left no chance to uncover potential hidden issues.

“Wouldn’t that start—doesn’t that make anybody ask any questions? That the medical examiner just rubber stamped it to go to the crematorium to get burned up and no autopsy and not even a medical examiner’s examination? You took his physician’s word for it. And he could have pencil-whipped that all day, hiding all types of certain things.”

This follows Bubba’s earlier claims that there was no autopsy or toxicology report in Hogan’s death case. With no formal investigation, no toxicology testing, and a cremation reportedly pushed through based solely on a private doctor’s account, the debate over whether the full truth of Hulk Hogan’s passing will ever be known is only intensifying.
