A married teacher has admitted having sex with a 16-year-old student — including sick trysts in a classroom closet and even in school bushes, according to court documents.

Madeline Gregory, who was also a church youth leader, was arrested Monday just opposite Sprague High School in Washington state — and both she and the boy admitted to the disturbing relationship, according to court records obtained by the Spokesman-Review.

The boy’s mom had first alerted police a day after Valentine’s Day after finding twisted messages on her son’s phone — allegedly including one from the obsessed 29-year-old teacher pleading, “I don’t want to lose you” when the boy tried to end things.

Cops reviewed surveillance footage that showed Gregory — who was also known as Madeline Scoon — regularly staying behind with the boy after hours, even though he had good grades, the records showed.

They were seen going into a classroom closet for up to 45 minutes, where both admitted having sexual intercourse, according to the docs.

They also admitted kissing and fondling each other in a gym closet — as well as in bushes by the school’s tennis courts, the documents said.

The boy had been Gregory’s student for two years, even becoming her phys ed aide, but started spending more time with her in September, his mom told investigators.

They spent time together after school — even on weekends, according to the mom, who grew suspicious at her son furiously texting someone into the night.

Those texts showed that the teacher opened up to the young teen about marital problems, mentioning a potential divorce, according to texts seen by the Spokesman-Review.

“I know it might be awkward, but I don’t want to lose you,” she allegedly wrote.

They also socialized away from school grounds. In December, they met at an Airway Heights Walmart parking lot before leaving together in her car, returning to the store more than two hours later, according to the documents.

Gregory allegedly ordered the boy not to date anyone from within Sprague — a small city with under 600 people.

The boy told police he tried to end the relationship but claimed Gregory threatened to kill herself.

Gregory appeared in Lincoln County District Court on Tuesday on suspicion of sexual misconduct with a minor and communicating with a minor for immoral purposes.

Her bond is $50,000 and she has been ordered not to have any contact with children, KHQ reported.

Raymond Leaver, principal of the Sprague School District, said the district is taking the allegations “extremely seriously” and is cooperating with police.
