Sean Diddy Combs is reportedly getting into trouble for drinking in prison.
Prison officials reportedly caught Diddy drinking contraband alcohol behind bars at Fort Dix in New Jersey, where he’s been for just over a week serving his 50-month prison sentence.
Per TMZ, prisoners created a fermented drink of Fanta, sugar, and apples. Authorities considered moving Diddy to a new prison unit but ultimately decided against it, sources told the outlet.

Diddy, who turned 56 this week, highlighted his sobriety in the letter he wrote to a judge ahead of his sentencing for two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.
He said he was living sober for the first time in over two decades while awaiting sentencing.
“The old me died in jail and a new version of me was reborn,” the mogul wrote. “Prison will change you or kill you—I choose to live.”
His legal team had requested FCI Fort Dix, a low-security facility, “in order to address drug abuse issues and to maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts.”
He was reportedly doing laundry this week as his assigned job at the prison.
News of his drinking transgression comes a few days after a legal win for Diddy, whose lawyers were granted an expedited appeals process. Oral arguments for the appeal could begin as soon as April 2026.
